Pinnacle Highland

Stay Away!!! From: doogan32@hotmail.com Date posted: 7/23/2002 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001   I have rented from 8 different apartment communities and have only had trouble with Pinnacle Highland. The appliances were very Cheap and unreliable. The A/C and heating would shift the room temp up to 13 degrees never keeping a comfortable temp. There managment team is very uncapable of handling any problems themselves, they have to call corporate for everything. I had to move 3 times before ever getting into my final apartment due to roaches in the first apartment, then they put me in a temperary apartment then we finally moved to the third and final apartment. After giving my 30 days to move out Pinnacle tried to charge me almost $2000 and turned me over to collections, all this after they put me through the trouble of all the other problems. Not to mention the apartments are very over priced. I was totally unsatisfied with these apartments please steer clear.
