Don't spend a cent! From: yngprofessional Date posted: 5/5/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   Poor construction. I'm glad there wasn't a major earthquake while I lived there! Your reserved, covered-parking space was quite a walk from your actual apartment. Poorly mannered, and poorly educated office staff. They were so defensive and rude to any question you asked them, it was like walking into a snake pit. I don't think they were being paid very well, they were really grouchy (which is the nice word) all the time. Forget getting anything fixed in your apartment. IT'S A HASSLE! I just let things break after a while. I passed inspection 100% when I left, HA! I'm glad I saved and saved for a house and I never have to go back to Pinnacle Highland ever again.
