The walls are thinner then paper. If you live on the ground floor, good luck getting to sleep at night! It sounds like the birds that are chirping in the morning are inside my bed room at 5:15AM!!! (and my window isn't open) Just wait until they fire up the lawn mower outside your window at 7AM!! If you value peace and quiet, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Also, If you like your rent check (due on the 1st) to float around uncashed until the 17th of the month, then this is the apartment complex for you! But you are more then welcome to pay online for a small fee of $14 (because renters don't have enough things to pay for). The furnace in the winter is exceptional! I love the sound of a disel engine blarring inside my apartment! I love it even more when the maintainence guy comes to take a look at it, and yells at you for removing a panel from the furnace that I have never touched. It adds to the experience when he doesn't even speak english! It gets even better when they rent out the apartment above you to a corporation that sends its clients on a ski vacation for a week. Thinking that it is a hotel, and on vacation, they party until 4 in the morning, and don't care about the people that have taken up residence there. And regardless of how much the people are confronted about their noise and partying their solution is to have a new group of vacationers move in for a week, and start the process over. It is out of control! I would never live her again, or recommend this complex to anyone!!! I feel bad for having waisted my money on such a useless and inefficent housing facility! Don't make the mistake I did. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!
