To Whom It May Concern:

We moved in July 11, 2005 & moved out August 17, 2006. The contract expired which allowed us to vacate without repercussion. The rent, if leased for a second time, would jump from $790 a month to $890. A $100 difference and in which your words say, âWe at Pinnacle Highland believe that âPeople make the difference,â and we would value you as a resident. Which kind of difference is that' in the pocketbook'

The quality of construction and the time taken to engineer & construct the complex must not have been very well thought out due to the issues which are clearly identifiable in the issues below.

We were able to hear the following, below, from the neighbors directly above us:
âWord for word which song is playing
âBaby crying
âDog barking
âBoys running
âLand-line phone ringing
âPeeing
âShowering
âHaving sex
âWalking normally, however it seemed as if they were stomping
âTheir clothes washing machine, from the master bedroom, as it vibrated the residence of 101

I was able to take notice of my roommate talk in the front room while I am in the master bedroom with the door closed and the bathroom door closed. I am able to hear word for word what he is saying to the caller.
The walls are paper thin from top to bottom, including the side walls.

From the amount of money one pays to reside at Pinnacle Highland, it does not seem a just nor fair amount.

The parking circumstance is pandemonium. A âFirst come first serveâ basis doesnât cut it when one pays to live there. If a guest takes a residents open free space parking spot, the owner (payer) has to walk it from wherever, randomly, a free space is open. I, on several occasions, had to park on the main road as well as park on the huge lot above the main office as well as near the main office.

The maintenance crew is to-be-desired. The manner in which they âfixâ issues is sketchy to say the least. There was a leak in the upstairs neighbors bathtub which caused it to rot through the drywall in our bathroom. They âpatchedâ it. They didnât cut away the rot/mold from the drywall. The patch eventually gave way and fell into the tub. We then called maintenance again, in regards to the same issue, and told them what happened. They came a few days later to actually remove most, if not all, of them rot/moldy drywall. I donât actually know, as all I saw was the finished result, a clean looking wall, without a huge hole in the wall from the water leak.

Another issued arose less than a week before we moved out. The neighbor upstairs, left their clothes washer on, as they went away for 2 days. We also went away for 2 days. As we opened the door to our apartment, we noticed it was all wet and splashy on the floor. We looked for the source of the leak and noticed it came from, yet another water leak from upstairs. This time there were multiple leaks coming from above our washing and drying machines. It took maintenance over 24 hours to investigate the issue. The pots were filling up with water at a high speed of rate. I had to awake myself every 3 hours to empty the pots, just to be filled up and drained again.

I propose they engineer & construct buildings & parking lots with the customer in mind.
