DO NOT RENT HERE! This was the absolute WORST experience I've ever had renting. First of all the staff was always RUDE and completely UNIFORMED about anything to do with the facilities, procedures, or policies. Everytime I had to go to the office the stuck-up and fat fake blondes would not acknowledge me until they had finished their personal conversations. They consistently gave me incorrect information because of which I ended up paying hundreds of dollars. After talking to their management and providing proof of their fault, they REFUSED to take responsibility for their wrong-doings.
Parking is a nightmare. Each apt gets 1 spot, which may or may not be even close to your apt.
Maintenance is a joke.. and 8 month waiting for a fix request is still not taken care of.
The apts are dirty and the appliances are old and broken. The washer/dryer were rusty and loud.
I would NEVER recommend this to anyone. They are only out to make money and know nothing about customer service.

Oh my gosh, we had the same exact experience!!! We have never had an incident with any other landlord/complex. The bimbos in the office were either too lazy to look up an answer to a question we had, or lied to us, and as a result we got ROBBED of several thousand dollars. They're hiding behind their contract and take no responsibility for what their agents do. What a nightmare. They have the worst business practices I've ever seen and someone needs to do something about it. I was considering filing a (class action?) suit and I think this decided it for me. I just need to get organized now. They need to be stopped. They're dirty and they know what they're doing. It's gone unchecked for too long I'm sure. Thank you for you review!

Same experience for me! Those office workers are the dumbest women I've ever encountered. And they're horribly rude! To the anonymous reviewer - you have my support if you decide to file that suit!
