Please dont rent these apartment.The administration has given me headache and extra tension.First of all if you are leaving the apartment they will send you extra bills after you leave with miscellaneous as reason.I wanted to stay extra 14 days when i was looking for a new house,i wanted to pay them money on the day when my lease was expiring ,they said come back we will calculate your rent for 14 days and then you can pay us.they never sent me bill and when i went to pay they gave me estimate and i paid the bill and then they said you are fine and then they sent me another letter with 93 dollars as late fee.I deposited 200 dollars as security non refundible for apartment cleaning after i leave,they sent me another bill asking for 200 bugs to clean the apartment.when i wanted to disucss this with the manager she was very arrogant and abusive and said i dont want to talk about all this.Then i asked who should i talk to about this she said"its me".I wont recomend you these apartment at all.they never gave me parking near my apartment.whenever you call then for some work they will not respond to you at time needed.there is no play area for kids.

I am an employee of the office. Unfortunately, this upset resident is not being completely honest and up-front with this story.
1. The miscellaneous charge was for Renter's Insurance which was explained to this person. Residents had the option of paying the monthly fee with the monthly rent. Again, this was an optional charge that was requested by the resident.
2.We have never done statement mailing for rent amounts. As explained, there was enough time to get the amount due paid. Rent is late as of the fourth of the month and no payment was submitted until days after that.
3.We have also never had a $200 deposit for cleaning. We can't put a dollar amount on a cleaning charge at move-in when we haven't yet seen the condition of the apartment at move-out time.
4.My manager is a lovely woman who I could never imagine describing as arrogant or abusive! She's very professional and as I recall you were very upset and were asked to leave to due behavior we won't subject ourselves to.
We appreciate all of our residents and have 522 apartments. There are many happy residents as opposed to the few that make it online to rate us negatively. We welcome you to visit our office and meet the staff!

Um sorry anonymous office worker, but this was my experience too. Everyone in that office is completely idiotic. We received eviction notices 5 times after you idiots had ALREADY cashed our rental check. None of you ever had any idea what was going on and sometimes were outright rude to my husband and I. One of your office workers openly admitted to my husband and I that you were charging us for something that wasn't our fault but then said, "There's nothing we can do about it! And if you don't pay in two weeks, we'll have to take you to collections." So write all the BS you want to on here but the majority of the reviews on this site confirm this story.
