Three Great Years and Counting From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/31/2002 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002   Ive lived in my Pinnacle Highland apartment for over three years now and I have nothing but good feelings about the entire experience. Despite what others have said here, I have found the office staff to be consistently friendly, helpful and expedient, and the maintenance staff has never taken more than 24 hours to address any concerns that I have had. My appliances have never broken down, my air conditioner and heater have always worked perfectly, my neighbors are quiet and respectful, and my view is fantastic.
