Best in Rosepark, but that doesn't say much

We lived here for a year and a half in a 1-bedroom. ($590 a month) The place was nice when we moved in, but gradually deteriorated while we were there. The quality of the residents is steadily going downhill. We had some neighbors below us that would always have loud parties, seemed like 10 people were living there in a 1 bedroom!....and then a bunch of the guys would hang out in the parking lot drinking til' the wee hours of the morning. The same neighbors would always take our parking spot as well. Just depends on who you live by.
One morning we woke up and noticed our car was gone...yup, it was stolen the night before by some hoodlum...seems to be lots of hoodlums in rose park. our friends who lived there had there car stereo stolen twice!!...So it isn't the safest place. In fact, I'm glad I made it out of Rose Park alive.
The hot tub is broken a lot, but it's nice when it works. If you face south, you can get a great view of the temple from your patio. There's also a bus stop across the street that will take you right down town where you can catch Trax.
The new management (been there just over a year) aren't 2 competent, but what can you expect in Rose Park' One nice thing: the showers have great water pressure!
