Not the best but probably not the worst

Some of the staff are quick to assume you are going to be confrontational and treat you as if you are. Communication is poor except where required by law and then they get by. The new owners have made this a place that I no longer want to call home by increasing fees, requiring absurd renter's insurance that my insurance company won't agree to, long lease periods, shorter grace periods, overly strict policies that differ from everything else in this area. The parking here has always been abismal and badly distributed. And don't forget the killer speed bump with everyone's paint on it. The price is about right for the area if it was better managed.

Ahh yes that bumper crusher. lol. And the ridiculous "rules" that they continuously come up with. Plus the rent hike that doesn't reflect the shoddily "repaired" balconies,lights that burn out in the parking areas and aren't replaced,and pool that isn't opened until July(and "fountain" that remains a mudhole year around). Oh yes and the fact that we now have to pick our mail up at the post office,because people are breaking into the mailboxes!

They try to raise my rent almost 80 dollars plus my pets and the stupid renters insurance makeing it to $143 rate hike!! Why should I pay that much for a 500 sq ft apartment with a heater that works when it wants to and a mub hole for a view!

LOL everytime you complain they change mangement company's their not even license with the Utah Commerance. It Expired 2006. Whitch all 5 owners need to register. I hear my upsatirs neighbors daily. I hear my parking lot on the side of the barbaque pit. Oh yeah and the jokers who run this place yell and scream about others peoples complaints they have resolved it's funny because yours isn't one of them. I feel bad anyone who lives here it is like hell. Now mangement has created a hostile enviroment for me. Whitch give me grounds for court witch I might have to do.
