Loved it! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/21/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   We lived at Riverbend for 2 years and really liked it. It is true that the apartments on both sides of it are a little run down and have some problems but we never had any problems with vandilism or crime. The maintainence people were extremely friendly and always very quick to come and fix any problem. We only had to call them on a couple of occasions but both times they responded literally within minutes. I have lived in a number of apartment complexes and have never been as impressed with management as we were at Riverbend.
