My husband and I moved here a few years ago. The apartment wasn?t ready when we arrived to meet our movers: shower curtain rods were down, doors were missing, stove burners were not installed, the dryer and washer had been put into the hall closet so you couldn?t open the dryer door, the brand-new carpet already had stains on it, etc. It took 2 weeks and daily notes to management to get everything fixed. They did give us $100 credit towards rent since we couldn?t stay here the first 2 nights because of the state the apartment was in.

The monthly rent has gone down for new residents (not us, of course). What used to be a quiet complex has turned into a loud ghetto. We?ve had several appearances of the cops late at night outside our window (they face the parking lot). There are also many more kids than there used to be. We?ve had to complain to the front office about kids playing baseball in the parking lot. We?ve also had our car egged (luckily they didn?t know what they were doing, so they only egged the windshield. At least they are dumb kids)

The maintenance staff is not very good. Everything we?ve had them fix was wrong the first time. When our doorhandle spring started to go and wouldn?t turn (we were having trouble getting in and out of our apartment) they replaced the deadbolt and left the dud doorhandle. That is how all the maintenance complaints were handled.

Can hear through walls and floors. Toilets flushing, radios, laughing. Sprinkler system waters pavement, shoots up to the sky, or causes muddy swamps - all in a drought. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
