My wife and I only signed a 6 month lease with Eastridge and we are so glad. We had nothing but problems with the leasing office from the first month on. All of our neighbors in our building smoked and we'd call the office to request that a non-smoking letter be sent out and they only did it about half the time. And they were so rude when we did call in with a complaint that I ended up writing a letter to the corporate office. Noise was also an issue.
The complex was party central. I know of several people were were evicted becaus of noise violations. But smelling smoke in our apartment was definately the worst. My wife and I both probably have lung cancer now. Our new place has restrictions about smoking-they have designated smoking and non-smoking buildings and the leasing office is competent. Parking was also a problem at Eastridge. There isn't enough parking period, but especially around the buildings.
I ended up parking around the other side of the complex a lot of the time and walking all the way across the complex to get "home". And the grounds were unkept. The lawns didn't get mowed enough and there was always garbage around. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody!
