We lived there for one year and it was a mess. It was a nicer apartment supposedly. Pet stains in my son's bedroom, they refused to clean them. Wallpaper peeling off in the kitchen, chipped counters and burners which did not fit the stove. Master bath leaked entire time without repairs.

We also had our furnace go out in the dead of winter and it was not repaired until the next day. I think if it was this bad then what must it be like now' Someone kept hitting our car and when we complained they did not care. It was parked in reserved parking very far from our building. The garbage would spill over. The grounds were kept nice at this time. The apartment complex at that time was not that bad and the staff was okay as well.
