they have tried on two occasions to change our current lease to a larger monthly payment. We had a water leak from the apartment above, which they fixed. However they never came back to replace the hole in our celing that they made. we have called a few times but they say the "work order sayes it is complete" The matenece men never knock, they just come barging in and they don't wear there uniforms.We called the cops this week becaus we thought someone was breaking in. our heater has broken ever bolth winters we have spent there, and the ac broke 3 times last summer. Our parking space is 2 buildings away, and in one night 12 cars were broken into. the swimming pool is dirty. everybody is rude and hard to work with!

It is interesting to me that you had such a terrible experience at Eastridge, yet you chose to stay for two years... I have lived at eastridge since Feb. 2002 and while i have lived there they have only offered 6 months to a year leases, so you must have enjoyed something about your stay there in order to renew. It puzzles me that people are always "so Miserable" about there apts nearly every review on nearly every apt. complex on here is bad. AM i to believe that there are no decent apts? If not why do people complain about there current living situations and then chose to renew ar stay for another couple years...Hmmm???
