Lived at Eastridge for 6 months. The apartment was dirty when I moved in. I left it cleaner than ever when I left.
I received no notices from Eastridge about any fees or charges after I left. They had my phone number and my mail was forwarded as soon as I moved out.
3 months after I had moved out, I received a letter from a collections agency. They were claiming that I owed $210 on top of my $99 deposit. No reason was provided for the charges.
When I called, the charges were for cleaning. They had even claimed that there were 7 cigarette burns that had to be repaired. You would think that I would have noticed them when I lived there.
When I complained about the charges and the fact that I had been provided no proof that the cleaning and repairs were needed, they responded by adding an additional $110.

Aside from the money issue, the parking is typically terrible. Not enough spaces for visitors.

The office staff tends to be decent but it always feels like you are bugging them whenever you need anything.

The maintenance staff seems to try hard but must not have any budget to work with.
