This has been the WORST apartment I have ever lived in...and I've lived in several. The office staff is horrible. They refuse to care about any issues you may have, and treat the residents with zero respect. The maintenance staff is incapable of fixing anything, and when they make promises to do repairs, they always forget and never come back. We have only lived here for 6 months, but we have had 3 floods and a break-in in that short time. We've had 2 different sets of upstairs neighbors, both who enjoyed beating each other up or having drunken parties at all hours of the night. Just to reiterate-the office staff will flat out lie to you, and refuse to fix any issues that come up. I would rather live in a homeless shelter than sign another contract at Eastridge.
