We moved in late January 2006. Thank God our lease was only 6 months. After we signed the lease, we found that there was a HUGE dark orange stain on our living room carpet that they would not remove. They recommended that we "get a rug". Upon move in, we noticed that our sliding glass door is extremely difficult to get open, so we reported it. Now.. 6 months later.. it has never been touched. Our apartment has flooded twice (I understand that can be out of their hands), so they came to take care of that (yay). They took off our closet doors to help, and after THREE maintenece requests, they have yet to come put them back on. Also, we received a notice on our door a couple days ago regarding a dresser type thing that is outside our front door, stating that it was "in violation of the lease"! I could understand that, but I don't even know how long that thing has been there!! It was there the day we moved in, and we asked them to remove it when we got there. Aside from all that, the apartment is okay. I would never again have any interest in contributing to the pay of the office clerks there.
