I lived there for about 6 months. There were always police cars and fire trucks everywhere whenever I pulled in. Parking was horrible. I lived with my boyfriend and his roommate. The roommate had the covered parking spot, and when I got home from work, I would have to park on the other side of the lot, and walk past about five of the buildings before reaching mine. When I got to my buildings walkway, I would have to wade through the cigarette butts the neighbors left everywhere. I came home one day to find someone's puke on the stairs leading up to my unit. I called maintenance... they asked me to clean it up myself.

I just moved out in June, so I lived there during the first few weeks of their painting project. They were painting around my door when I had to leave for work. I was told that I could not leave until they were finished. I was half an hour late for work, because the painters physically held my door shut so I could not exit. I also got the pleasure of living there during the building of the new trophy homes townhomes. My apartment was on the side nearest the building site. We had to deal with that noise for months, and every time the construction crew took a break they would sit out in their cars, which were parked right below our window, and play their music. The sound was just as loud with the windows closed as it was with them open. We were the corner apartments so we were right on the main road as well. We could hear every car that went by and everyone walking and talking on the sidewalk outside. I was woken up by our neighbors alarm clock every single morning. And you could always tell when your neighbors were using the restroom or showering.

You may have heard in the news about a girl being attacked and robbed there. She was my neighbor and is one of my really good friends. I have absolutely no doubt that it was one of her neighbors or their "customers" as we would call them. She saw a few of their "transactions" and they were probably trying to keep her quiet. I have never felt more unsafe in my life, than when I had to walk to my car in the mornings. The only thing I cared for were the appliances. Nothing ever needed repair.

Overall, it was survivable, but not favorable.

you hear noises everywhere you live and the management cant do anything about other peoples noises, anywhere you live even a house has noise problems ive lived in a duplex and the neighbors across the street played their music loud almost every night my siding would shake, ive lived in a house and could hear people going to the bathroom and alarm clocks, get over your pickiness. go love in the country where you hear no noise. people dont understand that an apartment is just like a house HELLO. im moving into eastridge this week and am looking forward to it. no apartment is perfect, and ive lived in plenty, apartments, housees and duplexs. and you can get attacked anywhere. sounds like this person just wants to complain.
