i have lived here for about 7 months and i HATE it!! the management people suck. they are very rude. the parking sucks. There are not a lot of stalls where my apt is located. The parking roads are horrible!! they have pot holes EVERYWHERE!! they got them filled about 2 weeks ago and now they are already starting to make holes again. they should have just repaved the whole lot! We can hear the guy above us talking all the time. We have had tons of things in out apartment break and we have called maintenance and it takes them a couple days to come fix anything, but you'll see them just driving around in their golf carts and talking at one of the maintenances guys house. THEY ARE LAZY GUYS!! the guys toilet above us flooded and went through our bathroom fan and flooded out apt. and they said they will lay down new carpet in the hall since it was SEWER WATER. But they never came and did it. They just sprayed it and said this will get rid of the smell and disinfect it. I had an 18 momth old at the time that had to breath in the nasty smells and chemicals of sewer water.
