My family lived at Eastridge for 5 months. Getting a good parking spot was a competitive sport. Don't misunderstand me, there was always a place to park, but often times I had to park a little ways away from my apartment. We got to get out of our lease early because we had a faulty carbon monoxide detector that went off several times over a two day period. We used this inconveniece to leave, because we didn't enjoy our balcony view of the dumpster. The management staff was adversarial and immature. I always had to follow-up with maintainence two or three times in order to get them to make repairs. The carpet in our apartment was old and dirty and wasn't noticeable until we had already moved in. Some of our neighbors were motorcylcle enthusiasts that often revved their engines causing quite a disturbance. We enjoyed the fitness center and free movie rentals. Great location, near to shopping, freeway, and commuter link (TRAX).
