I have lived ate Eastridge for the last 2 years. I have also lived at other neighboring apartment complexes. (Promontory (Huge maintenance nightmare), Stillwater (the buildings are so thin you can pull the exterior off when it rains and it was built on an old swamp!) and Santa Fe (Nice on the outside but less than average on the inside.) I think that living in an apartment community has its challenges as you live near so many other people. Yes sometimes things break, but the maintenance guys and gal (Yes they do not discriminate!) certainly go the extra mile. I have seen a huge change (positive) since new management took over in the last year or so. They are more responsive and seem to take pride in Eastridge. They have replaced the parking lot, purchased new pool furniture, they have completly remodeled the clubhouse and added a very cool water fall. I would highly advise anyone to check them out the prices are competitive as well.
