I have lived at Eastridge (Royal Ridge) for almost a combined year. I got screwed over by a roommate and it could have turned extrememly ugly. The staff was amazingly helpful and let me transfer my lease to a one bedroom in order to avoid ruining my credit. The best person by far on that staff is Amy. She is so helpful and nice, don't get me wrong, the others are all nice as well but Amy is by far my favorite. I have had to call and get repairs done (i had a party and a shot glass was broken in my disposial) the repair guy was so extremely nice and had called me back within 10 minutes. I also had my piolit light go out in my heather (or so i thought) and he didn't make me feel stupid for not knowing, he came in and showed me what was going on with my heater and helped me out with finding a good temperature.
I was living on the north side of the complex where parking is a total nightmare, that is no lie, parking is terrible. I now live on the southwest side and everything is wonderful. there is plenty of parking. (remember when I rated the parking, I am now on the southwest side of the complex) My friends no longer have to park on the other side of the complex just to come see me.
There was also lights recently installed in the carports. I think those were wonderful ideas. I also like how the carports are up next to the buildings and the area is fairly well lit. I feel very comfortable when I come home late or it is dark outside.
The neighbors are very friendly and when I have had the occassional party I have had no complaints, they are few and far between and I keep my friends as quiet as I can, especially after about 10pm.
Overall I would love to keep living here but don't know if I can keep affording it as a full time student with a full time job. I will be trying to stay here though. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
