My husband and I moved into Eastridge in June. Since moving in we have had problem after problem. The maintence people are slow and usually only have one guy on shift at a time, or they work on things of less importance. We had problems with leaky faucets, our washer wasn't filling correctly, our dryer takes 1 1/2 to dry, our heater stopped working and now our oven door won't open. This place is a magnent for poor maintance. I would not recommend this place to any of my friends and we plan to move as fast as possible!
