I was told that we would have"like new" appliances but got late 80's model.They fee everything including your application fee.From what I read,They are not legally allowed to charge for applications unless the law has currently changed'.Our carpet is not what we were told we would get,it's not the right color and it's got to be the most stained carpet I've ever seen!!! and I used to clean carpets for a living.all of the petty repairs they had done before we moved in has came apart like the walls and the ac sucks!.they clean up like ---- around the grounds and if anything outside is broken they don't fix it.crime is minimal and the people are for the most friendly.The office only cares about your money and not your comfort or well being so take that into consideration and what ever price you are quoted will go up 50 bucks or so.Good luck.
