I have only lived here for a little over two weeks and I simply enjoy it. Managament is on top of things and if they cant answer the phone and I have to leave a message they call right back with what I needed to know. They also replaced our dish washer without us asking before we moved in. They are very friendly and nice. Our neighbors above us are noisy but they have children and by noisy I mean I hear them walking and running around. But hey I live in an apartment complex but they are just children so I dont mind at all. Everyone minds their own business and are pretty friendly. I have an excellant parking spot plus there is a lot of parking if you have a second car. The price is a little high for West Valley but all the complexes have gone up. We only had to pay $149 deposit plus $40 for application fees plus whatever the pro- rated amount for our apartment was. The have beautiful landscapping with fountains and streams. Its a lot nicer than the apartment we used to live at. I have only lived here for 3 weeks so things may change I dont know we will have to see. But I am very happy so far.

I am used to hearing noise as well from upstairs neighbors walking around, kids running, etc. My biggest complaint though is neighbors who insist on running up and down the stairs!! This causes my walls to vibrate and sounds like a stampede when it's a group at one time.
