When I first moved in to Shadowbrook I LOVED it!!! Great neighbors, friendly staff, and attentive maintenance. Background and credit checks were done in order to ensure a higher standard of residents. If you called the office for ANY problem, they listened and were understanding. Things always got fixed quickly and grounds were well maintained. Residents were considerate of their neighbors and noise was minimal. Security patrol was a welcome sight.

Nowadays, it's like living in a GHETTO. You hear cars driving around at all hours of the night, stereos blaring. Cops are always being called for some reason or other. Cigarette butts and trash everywhere (except right before the owners' visit). It's not uncommon to have 8-10 people living in one apartment. I have neighbors that RUN up & down the stairs all hours of the day and night. They just don't seem to care that others can hear them and the stairwells are connected to our walls. The pool, jacuzzi, excercise room, etc are disgusting. Calling the office is a joke. The manager is the rudest person I've ever met! I'm trying to save enough money to move out ASAP!!!

Too bad, cause this community used to be so nice...:(
