My family moved in here 6 months ago just until we can find a house. We signed a home buyer agreement that will let us out of the lease if we find a house! Great idea. The office is very friendly and the maintenance staff is the best we've ever had. My daughter loves the ducks in the pond. If you're looking for a well-kept apartment for not a bad price, move here!
