Not the Best

Don't be fooled, the outside looks really nice, but the inside leaves a lot to be desired. When we moved in the carpet was old with red stains all over it. There were cockroaches living in the kitchen, and the inside just seemed really dirty.
We have been here for over a year now, and we have had a lot of problems. Our apartment has flooded 3 times, and they refuse to replace the carpet. One of the times it flooded they had to replace the sheet rock in the ceiling, while we were still living here and it took them 3 weeks to do it. They go through maintinece people really fast, and it seems that they always pick the cheap way to repair things. The pool is nice, but they didn't open it untill almost June this year, and last year they closed it in early Sept. That only gives you 4 months of use. If you live in the basement beware to here a lot of pounding on the ceiling.
