I personally experienced a problem with the "car break-ins" some of the other people have mentioned. In fact my car was stolen one nite, luckily there is a bus that passes by often-but still. Knowing this is going on they should increase the security. The walls are to thin, It's hard to watch tv at a comfortable level without disturbing your neighbor. The heating/ac is very cheap. Its just a wall mounted heater/ac. Very road stop hotelish. It?s a decent community, my car getting stolen is the only thing that really bugs me. The only good things about Sky Harbor is.. price, and the location if you wanna be close to downtown. But if your not a single teenager *coughs* its not the greatest place to bring a family.
