RIP OFF From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/2/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   Basically, I never got the chance to live in this apartment complex. They asked for a "fully refundable" $100 deposit... After declining me, my co-signer, and various other offers they kept my $100 and refused to give it back. I've also had a friend with similar problems, but only with a $40 deposit instead of a $100... It's OK to be declined, but it's not OK for them to keep a fully refundable deposit... POOR MANAGEMENT.
