Cockroach Heaven

We lived in the Sky Harbor Apartments for over 6 months. The cockroaches moved in the month after we got there and the staff could never get them to leave. A maintenance person told us the apartments had serious cockroach problems all the time. I don't understand how 4 exterminations (or at least they said they had the exterminators there) couldn't take care of the problem.

Only move here if you don't mind sharing your apartment with vermin.
