I actually lived there a little while ago. My apartment was ok... not kept to the same level as their "model." Here's their problem. Management are not the brightest light bulbs in the box. When I lived there I always payed far in advance... well, of course, they could not keep track of things so they would send me eviction notices. Of course I had my receipt and would bring it to them. Once they didn't fix a problem so it went to collections. I was furious & showed them the receipt again. They said that a receipt they gave me didn't mean anything because they didn't know where the money went. Therefore, I had to go to my back and pay to request a copy of the actual check (they stamp the back with the account they put it in). After that, it was fixed. Did they apologize' No, they told me the office and the accountant had different records' FRAUD' Who knows what is going on' The leasing agents were nice, but they went through them like water. Not a safe neighborhood (ask the leasing agents - they will tell you they can't disclose the info, but you can call the local police station). Scary!
