Hi all,

I had the worst experience with procedure for rental agreement. They will not guide or inform about agreement.

If you need something from their staff to get it done for you, it is simply IMpossible. They are sooooooo stubborn. I found difficult to work-out with them.

Their rent is cheap, but there are many hidden fines and changes that you might get to know after shifting to this hell....

Understand and than transfer to here.....

Its always a good thing to ask everything before signing the lease, it may be anywhere, caz it would be illegal if without ones prior knowledge anything is charged.
