This place is unbelieveable... lowest price for a 2 bedroom, looks kind of clean on the outside and thats were the good ends. They spend their time patrolling the parking lots even towing cars that parked in their precious "covered parking" basically no one can park there with the system they use and it all goes to waste. Hot water lasts 5 min or less, seriously. Theres people smoking in neighboring apts, and the smoke comes into ours and theres "nothing" they (sky harbor) can do about it.... its so strong it gives me headaches and a sore throat... i can tell when they light up every night. Maintenance failed to come on time once, and they wouldn't even back up their "maintenance guarantee" until I kicked and screamed. This place has potential to be good. Maybe if they stopped watching their precious covered parking... oh and our place looked like it was painted by children. paint all over the carpet and door handles. Ever wonder why they don't let you see anything but a "model" cause they couldn't keep occupancy if they showed the real ones. that goes for all apts in general. Get a newer apartment, and rent from a small place, not a huge complex where they can't handle themselves. By the way if you like your car don't live here... break in s all the time... oh, and bring some lamps, haha lol...

I have a two bedroom and they showed me the one I rented. i was told they only show emty apartments with the two bedrooms...
