Theres no way id move here because.

1. I do not like high crime areas. I require a safe place for my car and myself.
i dont think they do enough to deter crime, like having a parking lot video surveilance system.

2. I do not like the terms and condions of the lease. Very deceptive and misleading and unfair.

3. It is a very noisy area being next to the airport.

4. Apartment size and interior construction is substandard. I don't like thin walls.

5. Water heaters are too small and dont provide enough hot water.

I would rather rent a same price apartment in another area of the town/county then put up of with these issues.
