The complex has it's good and bad points but if I were to go back in time I wouldnt choose to live there again.
The grounds, clubhouse, pool, and gym are kept in tip top shape as are the apartments however there are too many other problems for me.
The apartments are small for the price and we didnt realize when we moved in that there is absolutly no storage. There is not even a coat closet. The leasing agents are nice but the management stinks. They are extremely staunchy when it comes to leasing. You can't rent under a year and you can't go month to month over a year unless you want to add 100 bucks to your rent each month. Though the complex itself is beautiful there are way to many run down homes in the area. Both of our cars were broken into and the radios, cd players and personal property were stolen within 6 months. we complained to managemnt that they needed more security in the lots but their attitude was "too bad so sad park at your own risk."
