Upon reading these reviews I think a lot of these people are just complainers. This place is beautiful and I always see them making improvements.
The staff is so nice and very helpful. I am so grateful I found it and I don't think I will move out until I decide to buy a home, which probably won't happen for a while because then I'll have to shovel my own walk and mow the lawn. If I have a problem they handle it quickly and with a smile.

The negative reviews should not scare you away because they are not accurate.
They give everyone covered parking tags and guest parking is uncovered but still close. They do this so the residents can have a place to park.
As far as crime it so much worse other places. The lady at the front desk gave me this number for police statistics, call it... Linda Johnson 799-4634
When I first moved in I let them know about my hot water and the next day the maintenance tech came in and swithed my shower head and now it's great!!
They have a pest control there everyweek spraying and stuff so if you have pests it's because you're dirty!!

I love the fact that the only animals are for people with disabilities, I even asked about a cat I saw because I didn't know how a cat could help but they explained that sometimes doctor's perscribe a pet for companionship to those with depression.

You can take tours everyday because they are only closed on major holidays. They do have weekly meetings on fridays from 2-4pm which isn't a big deal. The facility is beautiful, it looks like a little resort.They have so many extras you seriously dont have to pay for anything. The girls in the office will take you around and show you models. Give it a try!!!

You should just put your name on this, manager Julie. Because you just aren't clever enough not to give away that this is just a thinly disguised sales pitch. I bet the comments follow right along with whatever flyers you have for the place. Why don't you try honest dealing? It takes a lot less energy than covering your a** constantly. Try working hard to make your business appeal, rather than concealing how it doesn't.
