I lived in Sky Harbor at the same rent for 2 years. then there was rent hike which made it a very raw deal. more than a $1 per sq foot. these were tiny little flats!!! 450 sq ft for a 1 bedroom. they didn't even try to work with me until i said i was leaving in my 30 day notice. i didn't care for the place and now i have a much bigger place for cheaper. YAY!!!
