I wouldn't recommend moving here unless you need a place quick. I've read through the reviews and from my experience living here it is true that the walls are thin. I can hear my neighbor snoring, and his alarm clock when it goes off. The apartment I living in is built on an ant colony. How do I know this, well it would have to be in order for ants to be in my apartment when it is 6 degrees outside. Most of the staff are morons. I get ID'd when I go into the clubhouse despite the fact that the monitors have seen me there many times before. Although, to be fair it doesn't always happen. I haven't seen a problem with crime, but my car sucks, and has a crappy stereo. The heater/AC sucks, because it puts out a lot of noise, but it can be a good thing to have running at night, because of the distant train whistles. Oh yeah, it's located right next to an airport. I can now tell the difference between a helicopter and a airplane without having to look up anymore. I live in a studio, but I have a friend who rents a loft and things aren't much better for him. My biggest issue with the place is privacy, in the studios there is virtually zero privacy. You can hear everything that's being said outside. If you work a graveyard shift or like to stay up late, good luck in the summer when they perform lawn maintenance. It's difficult to sleep with a lawnmower right in your ear. I've read a couple of reviews that say the price isn't worth the space they give you. This is true, everything here is small for the price. My studio is $429 for 330 square feet, and the rent is increasing after my lease expires to 446. I checked out Eagles landing down the street and they have 1 room apartments that are larger for 500. The only difference is you have to pay a water bill. Well, that's about it, if you still feel like moving to Suck Harbor after this go ahead, but you've been warned. Oh yeah, and the laundry room sucks as well.

Oh yeah, btw, I would rate this place a zero. Apartment ratings for some reason rated it a three based off the information I provided.

I lived here...I completely agree. Go somewhere else and save yourself the money, stress, and frustration.
