I was excited to move into the complex because of all the great ammenities, although we did not get the lease we needed. When we moved in the apartment was not very clean and the carpets were disgusting, we complained and filled out the sheet about the condition of our apartment. Nothing was done about this within the 11 months we lived there. Within months I was wishing that the lease was shorter. We had received a citation for a noise violatin for playing music at one in the afternoon, which when asked we turned down. and water heaters basically didn't work, cold showers were a norm.

When we moved out it was in the middle of the month and we figured that they would pro-rate the rent. But we were told to pay the full amount and the rest would be refunded. So when I asked when I would get my money back they had me talk to the accountant and he told I was charge wrong and that the rent should have been pro-rated. So I then asked for my three hundred dollars back and they couldn't give back because of paperwork issues. So I would have to wait 30 days for my money.

A month and a half later I did not recieve any of my money back due document fees, cleaning charges (which should be what the deposit is for) and a charge for new carpets (the carpet we had complained about). I fought this for the next three months. I went to the office many times, called a million times, and no could ever help me. I even called the "corporate number" a bunch of times. In the end I only got $150 back.

So if you do not to receive quality service and you like to have your money stolen from you then you would like these apartments.
