HI,
I have a small kid, we moved to SKY HARBOR apartments in july 2008,
Apartment is all good except the carpet, carpet they gave to us is in worst conditions, not cleaned and not proper. When we moved in we immediately reported this to management. management sent some guy to audit, he reported that it should be changed. But the Manager is not willing, my son is getting frequent cold and allergies because of that. We have complained nearly 10 times in 2 months.
I request to make a decision on my carpet.

The area manager called me, she said she wants to rely on manager decision, but she was unwilling to see the carpet. They have changed carpets to many on request, but are not considering mine.

I wish management consider this and change the carpet, else I request them to give me an another apartment with clean carpet.

Please give a written request to the management and indicate that you'll need to take to another level if the request is not attended to. Mention all the details you mentioned above in the letter also.
