I located this place via Rent.com months ago. Rent.com has a referrals fee with Sky Harbor. I was to collect a $100 reward from Rent.com if I sign a lease of more than 6 months. I signed a lease of 12 months and gave the young lady at Sky Harbor Rent.com as my referral. I found Sky Harbor via Rent.com registered with rent.com to collect my reward and Sky Harbor refuses to provide Rent.com proof. A copy of my lease would be acceptable according to Rent.com. Sky Harbor refuses to fax a copy of my lease to claim my reward because they do not want to honor their deal with Rent.com. So! they lie,lie,lie...

If I could I'll fax my own lease that reads Rent.com as my referral.

This property is ran by deceivers', smile in your face, stab tenants in the back.

We love to give Rent.com referrals. This is why we have given 24 referrals this year for a total of $6936.00. In order to receive a referral you do need to fill the paper work out correctly, which our qualified leasing agents are happy to assist you. If the customer would like to reveal their name I am more than happy to review their paper work to see if we have made a mistake. Just an fyi Rent.com would not of been put on your lease. That is correct: Don't rent sky harbor apartments. Sky harbor does not accept responsiblitiy for there dirty carpet, people that trespass doing damage to your vehicle. Futhermore, who ever heard of a $100 water bill on a studio apartment. You can only take a 5 minute shower or a bath with less than half hot water. Sky Harbor is nothing but user's taken advantage of people in need of a place to stay. With the enconomy suffering they still stand on a no grace period for paying your rent. Don't trust sky harbor they will over charge you and laugh in your face come rent day. water.
