i am a current resident at these apartments and i cant wait till my lease is up! its cramped areas with aot of problems. The walls are paper thin to the point that i can hear my neighbors having a simple conversation over dinner! The front office girls were very nice when i signed my lease but now that i live here they have the worst attitudes and dont care about your needs! The other thing my laundry card that you recieve when you movie in stopped working one day and would not let me run the washer or dryer. So just like any other person i went to the front office to let them know. The girls response was "there is nothing i can do, im not able to get a new one for you." I mean come on people work on your customer service skills and how is the front office of an apartment complex not able to help out the people that live there. All i have to say is dont live here and i cant wait to leave!!! only 6more horrible months!!!

Ditto! But if you have to rent a place like Sky Harbor, do not Ever, I mean Ever, be late with your rent. This place not only needs customer service skills they need people skills too. Management as well as the accounting department could care less if your job is down sizing because of the economy. I was told to fine a better paying job or vacate in 24 hours. Save yourself the frustration...

As also a short term former tennant its amazing how this places keeps a S rating when every review I get through email seems to mirror the horror of this place. To be honest though your options for renting a decent place in Salt Lake are pretty scarce. Redneck states also seem to favor the landlord and Utah is as bad as any state I have seen for renting.
