I work at a nearby hotel and also used to live at Sky Harbor. First of all, I have to say that sometimes we have to call around to local hotels to gather their rates/occupancy and out of all the hotels I have to call the Sky Harbor staff are always the happiest and nicest to talk to. That customer service shows in all aspects, and I really enjoyed being a resident there.
