Not very clean From: lintboy Date posted: 4/29/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   These apartments are old. I think that they were remodled in the late eighties, but they werent upheld well. My apartment looked nice at first, but after I moved in I relized that there were a lot of things wrong: the most major thing being that nothing got cleaned. The carpet was the worst. The dishwasher hasnt worked since I moved in... not well enough that I would wash my dishes in it anyway. There is a LOT of noise. To try and amend problems they hired a patrol watchman. This has done nothing to fix the problems or theft and car vandalism. The apartments are nicely sized for the cost, but I would say that it is not worth it - I prefer to pay more and be better off. The laundry room has brand new washers and dryers that were nice at first, but again, nothing got cleaned, and now they are fairly grimey... the laundry room floor is very dirty too. Overall, things just arent kept up here.
