I lived there for one year and found it to be one of the worst rentals I have ever lived in. The managment is combative and only cares about getting people in and making sure they pay the rent. If given the oppurtunity they will screw you. They let anyone in as long as they pay rent. I am certain there was drug dealing and believe prostitution may have been occuring on premises, there were loud parties to which the managment showed no concern. I had maintnace workers enter my apartment unannounced in what I perceived as an effort to intimidate me when I complained about the total sense of apathy demonstrated by managment and finally began to call the cops. This is not a good place to live unless your lifestyle dictates that you live in a place that will overlook your activities.
