This apartment is horrible! When I got there the day we were supposed to do the walk through they said our apartment wasn't ready! I had already switched utilities and everything to my name. They had a different one to put me in, but that one had NO REPAIRS DONE! It was in the worse shape. It took management 4 weeks to fix all the problems that were wrong! All they did was clean the carpet, there was holes in the walls and in the doors. Management was not sympathetic at all. They had the attitude of just be glad you are here! I booked the apartment 2 months in advance and confirmed a week before we moved in that everything would be ready! Now that it is winter there is a solid thick sheet of ice all over the walk=ways and parking lot. I have called but maintenance does nothing! Plus you share a water heater! half the time when I go to take a shower in the morning the water is ice cold! Dont' live here! The price is good but you get less then what you pay for.
