If you're planning on moving into Springhill, mind the old bait-and-switch. They'll show you a beautiful model, and then stick you in a dump AFTER you sign the lease.

Parking is a total nightmare, so if you have trouble walking, this is not the place for you.

My apartment had a foul odor that I never was able to get rid of. Mangement is generally rude and unresponsive.

Your review must have awakened Springhill, cause on the 3 tours they took me on they showed no models but actually showed me the units i would of moved into. Hopefully they will stick to this precedure.
