Yo!

The Way They Charge For Water Usage Sucks!

Some tenants like me are out of town 2-3weeks out of the month for thier job and therefor dont use as much water as others.
If you charge someone for water it should be for what they personally use not on a curve scale like they presently have it set up as. Tenants deserve to get a periodic statement from the water company with specific details of all charges incurred. I dont Injoy paying for other people that use more water than i do! They charge water rates based on the size of of the unit. "Hello" I dont see how 1 person living in thier Aspen floor plan(larger 1 bdrm) shouldnt be charged a higher water price than 1 person living in a Birch floor plan(smaller 1bdrm). Its the same amount of water volume range being used by 1 person. These different rates also indicate that one person in the same size unit is being charged the same rate for a same size unit that houses 2 or more people and i wouldnt be suprised that some of these same 1bdrm units are full to the max with illegal aliens. When a discruntled tenant moves out and leaves the water running who do you think pays for that' "US TENANTS"! Anyone see the ripoff here' I also know that this kind of practice goes on in other places and its a shame that people let big business walk all over them!

The electric water heater in my 1bdrm only holds 30 gallons, which translates into shorter hot showers.

They charge a hefty application fee of $35. The utah Renters Handbook states that only Salt Lake City and outside cities of Salt Lake County can legally charge such a fee. So make sure to check with legal aide society before hand.

I also noticed, that Springhill, gives themselves bogus reviews to make themself look good. Thier company has been doing that to thier other properties they own like, Skyharbor and Cobble Creek. Im going to contact the site administrator or moderator and see about getting some of them removed. I suggest others do the same.

When my lease is up i'm moving out!
