I was not given a pool or laundry key for 5 months, even though I asked several times. Their maintenance crew, though informed, never repaired/replaced the rusted-through water heater or the dishwasher. An agreement was reached with my wife and management to settle for a certain dollar amount to break the lease agreement. Management broke this agreement and sent a $2407.05 bill to collections, with ridiculous charges. It's all good, however, because there are attorney's who will still do pro bono work.
